The Buckman Historic Association is currently working on a nomination for a Historic District in the oldest part of Buckman.  The association has been meeting on the first Tuesday of the month at Hinson Church, SE 20th & Salmon.  The entrance is at Salmon Street.  Meetings run from 7 to 8:30 pm. Note that for the month of January 2012 only, the meeting will actually be on the second Tuesday, January 10th.
