The Buckman Sustainability Committee undertakes projects to promote sustainable practices in our neighborhood. The Committee maintains a community composting site at SE 15th and Alder, and is expanding its small garden plots ("Picture a Garden").  Work parties, potlucks, and events are announced via the Committee's Google Groups e-mail list.
